Private and studio training is a challenging workout. When you come to the studio Robert uses resistance bands, stability balls, weights and the TRX® to give you a well rounded workout for your level.
Robert travels well, at the home workout he shows up with everything you'll need. All he asks is that there is enough space for you to do the work.
At The Beach Workout Robert uses the tools that Mother Nature gave us. The rocks are natural
weights and sand provides more resistance and less stability allowing
your body to engage more in the exersises; the sun, the ocean and fresh
air is just relaxing. Each session is designed to tone, strengthen and
increase cardio fitness levels. All fitness levels included.
